Hi there Pirate. I've been interested
in buying a houseboat for near 30 years and now that I'm in my
early 50's and the avalibility of the internet, I've began to
search for one in ernest. Seems everytime I go to a site that
has house boats, I don't have to click on too many times till
your name pops up. Seems like people are satisfied with your site
as well. I'd be more than happy if you could give me some direction
on how to go about searching for one. there are so many boats
and options that the more I search the more confused I get. Is
there a place I can go that will answer the questions that I havn't
asked or even thought about. I'm a novis at this but I'm so determined
to get one I can't get it out of my mind. Can you help? Thanks,
Mike; P.S. I live on the upper end of the snake river about 1
mile till the water gets rough. I am at the very end of slack
water. Can I navigate all the way to to Pacific in a houseboat?
I know I have to dump into the Columbia before I do, but is it
practical?

Love your website! We will be looking
for a newer used houseboat in the next few months (no more than
5 yrs old). We like the 15-16' wide body and at least 55-60' length.
Aluminum hull and twin engines are a must. There's only the 2
of us so extra sleeping room really doesn't matter as much as
open areas. Would like to find something here in the southeast
that wouldn't require overland transportation. If you come up
with something--let us know. Thanks

Great site, Great prices. Looking
for a one level boat that need work done on the inside needs,
two engines that are in good working order. At least 50 ft. no
less than 42. Really hard to find in the price range I'am looking
for say, the 15 to 20. I'll be back for more looking and shopping.
