Single berths on each side are joined across the back by a large vanity with hinged mirrored doors and storage behind. There are drawers under each berth, in the center of the vanity, and large lockers with doors above the berths. This layout allows for the largest and easiest entry head/shower design available in the President 41. Both heads are all molded fiberglass with teak doors and trim and teak floor grates. Both have distinctive marble sinks. The aft head has an electric toilet and spacious shower with a molded in seat. Galley/Salon From the aft deck down three steps brings you into the salon. There you will find two recliners and a love seat along with the lower helm station. The teak and holly floor (throughout the boat) is partially covered with quality oriental type carpet. The floor has large removable hatches allowing most of the salon floor to be removed if necessary and also easy local access for maintenance. At the forward port side of the salon there is a large countertop with a TV shelf above. Stepping down forward there is a galley to port with custom additional cabinets, stove/oven, large refrigerator and a double sink. To starboard where there was originally a dinette there is a high quality remodel for additional galley countertop and pantry as well as a laundry with separate apartment sized washer and dryer. Under the dryer is a U-Line icemaker. The additional cabinet space in this area as well as in the port side galley area make her unique in providing all the food and galley tool storage needed for extended cruising.
